When I proclaim I'm on Christ's staff
A crusader for the Cause
Born upon a rugged cross
Warrior in the quest for man
Calling out to all I can
Fighting for His will of others
All my sisters, all my brothers
Spreading hope to one and all
Reaching out before they fall
Speaking freely of His love
Flowing from blue shores above
What an awesome Supervisor
He is my strength and sage adviser
Whispering words I need to say
To help the lame walk His way
On a journey filled with vision
Just a soldier on a mission
Armed with words of my great Savior
Leading others to His favor
Clearly now I see His face
While telling others of His grace
Some sorely want what I possess
Seeing miracles I profess
Compensation comes with ease
When lost ones go upon their knees
Receiving tender soul deep healing
Hope and mercy so appealing
They all laugh
When I proclaim I'm on His staff
They're guessing I have gone quite mad
Sanest job I've ever had

There were a few awkward phrases (for example, 'Fighting for his will of others'), and I recommend that poets avoid cliched rhymes (like love/above).
Generally, this poem was fresh and enjoyable, and I liked the repeat from the first to last stanza--very effective.

Your rhymes were crisp and lines were light & whispy, meaning it flowed well. Our compensation is greater than any other job and as you've heard, our retirement plan is out of this world.
God bless.
Thanks. God bless~
