Topic: Craft (04/23/26)
Sometimes I draw things like houses, nature, and I drew a picture of my cats. When my pets passed away, I still kept pictures of them to remind me how special they were to me. One of my cats passed away on Thursday. I found him dead at home in the closet. I was so sad, and I still am sad.

When I am upset, I think of Jesus as to how sympathetic he is with me. I know when I cried when I felt the loss of those 2 cats, I can imagine the expression God has.

I also drew a picture of the house where Laura and Almanzo Wilder lived. I think that were Christians as well. I also know that the Ingalls went to church as well.

As of yesterday, I played a song that represented how I felt when my pet died. I know that God is always there even when we lose loved ones. I still create images my mind about cats wandering around the hallway and sleeping on the bed.

This is short and simple, yet touched my heart quite a bit. Many people understand the grief when losing a pet. The main thing I might suggest would be to leave out the part about Little House. Instead, maybe share a memory or two of how your cats have blessed you. I know, when I try to do anything crafty, my cats love to play with yarn or sit on the desk when I'm trying to write or sketch. You did a great job of writing on topic. I could feel your grief and my heart ached a bit. Well done.
