Sweetheart, you’re the love of my life.
I’ve never regretted becoming your wife.
And though the road is sometimes rough,
Knowing you love me has been enough.
You’ve stood by me through thick and thin,
No matter how hard it has been.
Sometimes I marvel at the thought,
That God had us together brought.
But He knew we were perfectly mated,
For by Him we were created.
He gave us three blessings to share.
To nurture and train, to love and to care.
I thank God for bringing me, you.
If I had a choice, I’d still say, “I do”.
The years are swiftly slipping away,
Let’s make the most of every day.
I promise to love you forever more,
No matter what God has in store.
And in His love I will abide,
With you standing by my side.
