The wonderful man that chose me, to share his life with. In sickness and in health. Good times and bad. We have certainly had more than our share. But all it takes is a look from across a crowded room, and I know he is truly there,with all his heart and soul. Today, tomorrow, and for all eternity.
What a gift!
Children! For all of the disappointments they can give you, they are true blessings. Every now and then they will do something that reminds you that your life was not in vain.
Grandchildren! You can certainly get a glimpse of a little bit of heaven in their eyes. They are full of such innoncent wonder.And if you are lucky enough, you can watch them grow.
A fact that wisdom grows with age is so true. I have been given many gifts, in my life. The best one is life itself. That gift is given to each and everyone of us everyday, when we wake.
We have the choice and the chance to do our best and to help others through this life, and not to only think of ones self, and what is in it for me.
When I feel burdened I remember what my grandmother and mother told me when I was a little girl, "Go cast a penny into a fountain and it will come back tenfold". I have tried to live my life always remebering that old wives saying,and I have received many pennies back. Another expression that never left me, was "Pretty is as Pretty does". Which is so true. Real beauty comes from within. I thank God daily for giving me such good examples as a young child to draw from.
To live life full circle, is a gift, that we only get once. Make everyday count.
