My story is one of love and devotion, and not to a man or woman or any person, but mine is to God. I loved Him so much that I laid down my very life for others.
I guess you might think that I am His Only Beggotten Son, but no. I came to this world as most of you did. There was nothing specail about my birth nor exciting about my death.
I was born in the late 1950's, to a single parent. I grew up to have sisters and brothers. I got married and I had children. I thank God that I lived to see my grandchildren.
I had my trials and troubles, I did not always walk the way that God want me to.
I love Him but I didn't always obey Him.
I made my own choices and had to deal with the results.
But the last two years of my life, I dedicate my life to Him. At some time in your life God bring you to a point that you have realize that you can't live without Him. No, I wasn't sick with cancer or had any other life taking diease. I just came to realize that I am no one without Him. I went around telling everyone the goodness of Jesus and all that He done for us. How He gave His Life for thoughs of us, who live in this world. No matter what race we are, no matter what our past was, for us He died and rose again with all power in His Hands. Some heard it and rejoiced; others just walk away. Some of the people that walk away were family and some were past friends. Many people said I had no right or education, or calling from God. I still had to tell it no matter what man said or did.
As I now slip away from earthly life into the enternal glory of God, I do it knowing that I will save someone life. For my act of love in death was to be an organ donor.
