I will sing and dance, I will rejoice in song
with music of the lyre,
I will rise up with a New Song every day
And with each New Year.
I will tell of your greatness, Your strength,
Your love and grace,
And celebrate each new day, even when
It's trials I face.
For You love the praises of your people, and
You inhabit the songs Your children sing,
So, I will open up my heart and soul, then let
Let my voice ring.
I will sing of Your mercies,Your Holiness and
Your forgivenss too,
And I will lift you up Lord, for all the great and
Mighty things You do.
You have created the world where the stars shine,
And the moon above the earth,
Your power is shown everywhere, and You give the
Flowers scents and the Hyena its myrth.
I will sing and celebrate, and lift another soul today,
Give me a New Song of joy, so I can wipe away the
Tears of another and show the way.
