Topic: Bold (emotionally) (08/30/07)
When tragedy hits,your emotions run high.You forget about everything around you and concentrate on that one tragedy. The tragedy can be almost anything to bring on your emotions. Thinking that your life is going smooth and then a wave sets in and your emotions run high.You know you must go on with life but life stops you in your journey.

Emotions can be a high or a low. Emotions can be from anger to crying. Your emotions can be a instant thought of any occurrence deep down inside arising from the outcome of a situation.
Emotions can also be a result of a wonderful situation in your life. Experiencing something so wonderful that you never expected it to happened.Getting caught up in the new experience brings a wonderful emotion of joy . The wave comes in and your joy is robbed. That wonderful experience you thought would last, comes to a end.
Emotions are a feeling.When you experience the hurtful emotion you can feel it. Feeling like a knife going through your heart.
Emotions can be intense. Whether it be fear, joy, anger,hate and love. Emotions are apart of our daily lives. We live them everyday. Emotions can be thought of as a roller coaster or a crashing wave. It is that one moment in time that turns our world upside down. Facing the emotion and overcoming it is quite a adventure. Walk forward in life no matter what emotion you are feeling.

Your last line is the key--thank you.

This seems to lack focus--perhaps you could pick just one emotion, and instead of writing generalities (these were a bit redundant), give examples of that emotion, and a lesson for your reader.

A nice start--keep working on this!

You did a good job of describing the emotions of a person when tragedy hits. We all wish we didn't have to go through times like that. I'm glad there are also times of great joy to balance out a few of the tougher moments in life. I agree with Jan your last sentence is key.

Your writing brought to mind this verse: For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin.
