A gentle breeze beckons my name in a holy whisper.
Instantly my heart is awakened.
The Breath of Heaven that carries His Voice is summoning me … again, the word of the Lord has come.
Captivated by His Voice, I surrender my soul to embrace His Words.
Time ceases to exist as eternity invades in Heavenly visitation and I am transported into heavenly realms.
Overwhelming light, overwhelming love … HE is near.
His Presence engulfs me, the fragrance of His Name ravishes my heart.
I am totally His in that moment of unspeakable joy.
I hear and feel the majestic force of His spoken Word as my entire being is overshadowed by Him, the King of Glory.
Yielding, I gladly respond in awe, “Here is your servant. Speak, Lord!”
“Write down what I show you.”
His Voice roars, encompassing me.
Holy fire and glory consume my heart.
Glorious light, heavenly essence and holy angels all swirl around me.
The mysteries of Heaven open up before me, instantly igniting my hungry soul with unquenchable passion for Him.
His eternal Voice begins to flow through me, His Words surge through my heart as a cascading, powerful river, thundering in intensity.
His words cut through mortal existence, they are my only reality … words that will not return to Him void, without accomplishing the purpose for which He spoke them, sending them forth to the sons of man.
Words by which His eternal purposes will prevail in the earth realm.
Words that will set men’s destinies on course.
Words that pierce the darkness and expose the lie of the accuser.
Words that capture hearts and turn history.
Words that carry His tangible Presence, that dispense His love …
Abandoned of self in His glory, one with His Spirit, a golden pen is fitted into my hand - angels of fire carry it swiftly across the page.
The purpose of Heaven birthed on earth, these Words of the Almighty carry the weight of His sovereign authority and power - His will done on earth as it is in Heaven.
He has spoken and I capture His Living Words on earthly parchment.
The Breath of Heaven embraces me in a final parting gesture of love and His Voice as a whisper lavishes His tender approval, as He accends into the realms of glory.
The vision lingers for a moment more but His eternal words, now fashioned by my hand in the earth realm, will live forever in the heart’s of men.
Undone by the majesty of His presence, but desperate for His soon return, now I whisper to Him, “When will the Word of the Lord come to me again? When will the Breath of Heaven capture me with the sound of His Voice? When will I be carried once more by the Spirit of the Holy One, to write down His eternal words?”
The angels carry His reply, “Men’s eyes will be opened as they read. Men’s hearts will be opened as they hear My Voice through these words … Yes, my faithful servant in whom I delight, the Word of the Lord will come to you, again!”
