I once enter a chat with an old colleague of mine; I said to him you are today radiance these days, he replied. ‘Oh you aren’t the first person to say this: it is the recent financial support from my wife’. Do you care to take note of this response, my friend was insinuating that it was her wife financial support that cause her radiance, so if the financial support happened to be cut off the radiance will turn dull-what an unwholesome rest, a a support that could be cut off at any time, this isn’t the case of wholesome rest, it is a beneficial rest, unshakeable and unmovable type of rest because it source isn’t human but supernatural and creator of all thing.It was on this not that the preacher said, ‘For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.’Ecclesiastes 7:!2.
Wholesome rest come from wisdom, Wisdom is it that make an inheritance profitable said the preacher, without it ni inheritance or achievement can last nor profitable to the person that owns it. The labour, struggle and work of any man would not yield a wholesome rest without wisdom, every man desired a wholesome rest for his or her labour on the rest, nevertheless, this desired type of rest may come except and only through wisdom. No the Proverbs said, ‘ for whoso findeth me(Wisdom) findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD Prover 8:35.
Do you want a wholesome rest? Have you found Wisdom, the true and only source of wholesome rest? This Wisdom is a code for Christ in Poetical books of Proverb and Ecclesiastes; you needed him for a wholesome rest.
Wisdom himself said my peace have I given unto you not has the world give, the world type of rest can be withdrawn, hoard or withhold by whom supply it but Wisdom kind of rest is abundant, gushing out like a flowing river, Israel had such experience, when Moses the rock the water gush out abundantly, Paul made it clear to his reader in Corinthians that the Rock that produced about water for the Israel is Christ, uptill know he is still ging out a sure rest for those that found him, this was my respond to colleague answer.

It was as if I gave prophecy, months later my friend came back to me said her wife had withdrew all financial support he was giving him when he discovered he had a boy outside wedlock. I remind him once again that man can withdraw, hoard or withhold the support they render but Wisdom never did. You might be living in condemnation or frustration as you are reading this because someone failed you that is usually the character of human you need Christ the sure and only source of wholesome rest. He is always willing and ready to extend support towards you because he loves, when you are still in sins he had died for your sin that even minding your attitude towards him

Your own case may be different, probably you a feeling of guilt in you because you have wrong God, so you are of the aim that that which you are suffering is as a result of those sin, it isn’t like that any anymore because Wisdom has manifested for you, he said for therefore no condemnation for those that who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit, the prodigal so thought he would be rejected but instead of rejection he was accepted and celebrated, that is the joy of Wisdom coming to the world, it is what we called gospel, a message to big to be true but was true, man may withhold their support but Wisdom won’t no matter what you did, the blood of Christ is always there for you propitiation, just don’t condemn yourself but accept the grace of God for you to enjoy the wholesome rest of God.

This is an interesting devotion. You make some great points in this piece. It made me stop and think which is always a good thing. I did notice quite a few typos, missing words, and changing from present tense to past and back again. A good proofreader will help you catch these little things. You did a nice job of writing on topic while still delivering a good message. The Scriptures you chose were a perfect fit for your message. Good job.

Yes, the Lord gives wisdom freely and liberally, and in Him we have abundant rest that is wholesome.
