The ground lifeless
Gray clouds dress the sky
The sun blinks through the clouds
Snow nourishes the ground
The pond solid ice
The trees’ fingers bare
A winter silence
Spring
The ground thaws and moistens the life below
The winter silence begins to breath
Buds push through their fingers
Blades of grass spring from the ground
White clouds decorate the blue sky
The ice on the pond dissolves
The birds singing wake me at dawn
Squirrels leaping from tree to tree
Robins pecking the ground
A red tail hawk glides far above
Summer
Spring marches into summer
The grass turns to a rich green
Trees alive displaying their beauty and glory
Deer venture close to our patio
They snack on the vegetation
Gazing at us wondering friend or foe
A summer breeze refreshing against the skin
The deer raise their heads
Taking in the breeze
Autumn
Autumn provides a new canvas
The summer breeze grows into a wind
Undressing the trees’ fingers
The leaves now brown, red, orange, and yellow
Slowly drift to the ground
They swirl through the woods.
The sun’s visits are shorten
The grass vanishes
The ground a blanket of brown
Nature’s beauty always on display
Repeats itself again and again
Open my eyes that I may see
Wondrous things from Your law. Psalm. 119:18 NKJV

I thought of the poem To Autumn by John Keats as I read your work. Not similar but similar love of nature came through for me.
Did you mean ‘the sun’s visits are shorten-ed. 😂 I just added that to prove I savoured every word.
Kudos.
