May this cup pass from Me
Yet not My will but Yours be done.
Into Your Hands I commit my spirit
Father let Your Kingdom come.
I have gone to prepare a place for them
Though all they feel is this lions den.
Give them this day their daily bread
And surround them with so great a cloud of witnesses.
They are tired, broken, in pain and confused
Surely they feel; it’s their hearts that get abused.
Give them strength to abide in Me
And free them from the lies of our enemy.
Father I long for them to be with us
Complete and healed from their brokenness.
Shine Your glory on their lives
And let them know I hear their cries.
To Your throne I bring their prayers in alabaster jars.
By Your Name answer them and see them through My nail pierced scars.
I’ve redeemed them, love them and have made them whole.
Forgive them Father for it is well with MY Soul.
