Topic: CONSPIRACY (01/21/21)
Satan conspired against Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Naturally, he wanted them to sin against God by doing something God had forbidden them to do. God did not want them to partake of the fruit from the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil because He wanted them to obey Him since they loved Him and were loyal to Him.

God could have created man without free will, and therefore, unable to rebel against Him or to disobey Him. This would have also made man unable to love God and therefore to obey Him out of love. If that were the case in the Garden, Adam and Eve would have been similar to robots, without any feelings and not able to love or to hate.

Thank the good Lord; He did not create us like robots, but with free will to choose Him and goodness, or Satan and self as well as evil. This would be like if a person, let’s call him Jim, had the power to make someone else love him. It would not be true love if the object of his affection, let’s call her Lisa, did not have the power to dislike Jim. I doubt if any of us would want to consider marriage to someone who did not have the ability to choose whether to love or to dislike them.

Therefore God took a huge risk when He created Adam and Eve with free will. He gave them the choice to decide if loving God and obeying Him was something they wanted to do or if they chose instead to go their own way and reject Him and His will. God made man with the free will to decide whether to follow God or Satan, and God evidently felt we were worth it when He gave man that opportunity. Satan’s ability to twist the truth and to turn people against God is something we have to guard against throughout our lives.

There are those who have taken the path of least resistance and walked with Satan through life into an eternity without God. There are those as well who have taken the high road and walked with God into eternal bliss. My friend, who are you walking with?

If you are running from God or walking through this veil of tears without Him, will you turn around and walk with Him now as well as through the Valley of the Shadow of death? You will have no fear when He goes with you, even into this Valley. He has taken the sting out of death, so therefore rejoice! Death is but a shadow now, since Christ took God’s wrath for us. Amen!

It was interesting and you thought of a unique angle for writing the topic of conspiracies.

I would just leave out giving the two example people names (Jim and Lisa).

I loved your title. It made me curious to read your challenge article. The story was original in content and idea and I feel it worked in the area of the topic. It was great seeing how God worked! It was fun to read as well.
