Dignifying things makes them seem worthy, when they’re not.
As a garbage dump, we call it a landfill as we are taught.
But there is One that laid down real dignity and pride.
Always working for God our Father, saving souls, Jesus didn’t hide.
One from the highest position with humbleness, washing feet.
What Jesus did for man, God our Father will not repeat.
Came as a servant but was worthy of honor and respect.
To be as Jesus, orphans and widows one would not neglect.
God the Son, Jesus, born as a child vulnerable and helpless.
Lived to suffer and was nailed to a tree, dying, a bloody mess.
Showing His dignity, He never made a sound going to death.
But, in three days, He rose from the dead, now take a breath.
Lord God our Father is the fountainhead of all dignity.
His weightiness, importance and significance for you and me?
He sent Jesus, His only Son to pay our debts of sin.
Birth to death with humility, Jesus gave all for men.
God the Father gave dignity to man through His image.
Jesus gave man dignity to be adopted into His lineage.
Through His love and compassion, dignity for all man.
To give God our Father the glory and dignity man can.
It’s all about God our Father to be His people in love.
A dignified Father, a jealous God, sees all from above.
Father God gets all glory through His Son, says the story.
To let your shame and sins be gone, praise and glory.
Father loves man and sent His Son for the sins of all men.
The dignity given, not taken like all iniquity and sin.
