At home when I am doing housework, I say to myself,
"Oh there is cat litter to be done! or there are dishes to be washed!
So the way I manage my anger is to do those 2 jobs including making the bed or cleaning the filthy toilets or the sink! I love my cats, but I don't like it when they make a mess. I have to keep myself pulled together or I might fall apart. I don't want to end up in the hospital over a nervous breakdown.
Other times when I feel like I can't manage things myself, I pray to God for guidance even when I don't like the way things are such as my daughter or husband yelling at me. Sometimes I yell back, and things end then I regret it later. I realize that I am only human. I am wife, mother, and a employee. I also have to realize that I am a Christian even though I had back slid a couple of times.
Today, my husband helped me do housework. We had one incident where the WIFI box fell on the floor, and I impulsively screamed in anger. I felt a bit ashamed for doing so because we put the box on the table the T.V was working again.
I realize I have to keep praying especially when I might be facing harder times.
