Anxiety, fretfulness, stress,
nerves, tension, worry
the list goes on and on.
Forget “makin’ a list and
checking it twice”.
Being stressed from
dawn ‘til dusk has become
an all-consuming malaise.
“Therefore I say to you,
do not worry about your life,
what you will eat or what you
will drink; nor about your body,
what you will put on. Is not
life more than food
and the body more
than clothing?”
Matthew 6:25 (NKJV)
Dissatisfaction, unease and
discontent fill our days
fill our days and nights
as lamentations become the norm
for our hopes and dreams.
“Which of you by worrying can
add one cubit to his stature?”
Matthew 6:27 (NKJV)
For there is so much
more to life than
this present world would
have us believe.
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow,
for tomorrow will worry about its own things.
Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”
Matthew 6:34 (NKJV)
