Seems everything’s broken, Beyond all repair.
My health is declining, It’s a fight everyday...
To get up and get going, So to Jesus I pray.
He makes all the difference, With Him I am strong,
My shelter and refuge, To Him I belong.
It’s all of the heartache, I hear in the news...
And all of the struggles, That make me confused.
When listening to demons, and all that they claim,
I choose to believe instead of God’s name...
I find myself weary, and guessing at best,
Is life worth the living, and will I find rest?
There is only one answer, Of this I am sure,
It’s Jesus my Savior, In Him there’s a cure.
To keep my eyes on Him, Is a sure way to cope,
Let nothing discourage, With Him, There is hope.
His message is love, And compassion it’s true.
His message is meant, For me and for you.
