Traveling on a greyhound bus instead of an airplane is an experience I will never forget.
Have you ever gone to a place that you have never been too before?
And you had to trust total strangers to get you there?
Well, this takes a lot of faith, faith in God.
This can be a very scary feeling, especially if you don’t have a relationship with God.
Because a child of God knows that God will never leave you, or forsake you.
But, this is when you get to see the word of God, really work in your situation.
You start to ask yourself: Do I really believe that God is with me?
The circumstance may look like he’s not, but the devil is a liar!
The devil wants us to dwell on the problem and he wants us to think, that the situation will not change.
God is not a man that he can lie and Gods word will not return to him void; it will accomplish what God says it will.
God has not given us the spirit of fear but of love, power and a sound mind. Many say this, but the real test comes when you are actually put in a situation, where you must believe and trust God. Man’s reasoning and thoughts can only go so far, they have a limit. Gods’ thoughts go way beyond ours. His ways are much higher then ours and so are his thoughts. Trusting and believing God at the lowest point in your life will build your faith, like never before.
Why?
Because God, works through your faith not your fears.
The greyhound bus I was waiting for didn’t let me on and I had to take another and the stop I was suppose to get off at I didn’t. Finally I got to my destination and during my 11hr bus ride I got to see how beautiful Florida and Atlanta Georgia really is. God taught me about trust and believing in him, even when I did not know the path that I was going down.
God taught me how to walk by faith not, by sight and what I saw;
Could not been seen with my physical eyes, and what I was seeing, could not be touched, but it had to be walked out with faith.
