I love to take walks with my four year old daughter. Everything to her is new and fresh. She needs to take time to see everything. We have to stop and look at the beautiful stones. We try to catch the butterflies. She is so observant that she can find the tiniest of frogs. They are no bigger than the tip of a pencil. She loves the bunnies and the birds. She thinks the weeds are the prettiest flowers ever. So as we walk we talk about God and how He is the maker and creator of all that she sees and all that she enjoys. I think this should be a gentle reminder to us all. Especially as adults, how often do we run through our day while hurrying through life? How often do we want to take the 'fast food' approach? Sure we want to walk with God. Sure we want to get to know God. But we want it now! We want all of our questions answered now today. We don't want to make the long journey. It's the difference between walking and running. Running so fast we don't seem to catch what we are missing. Imagine if we were to just run down the street and run back. How many of God's treasures would we miss? Not only on the creation aspect of God but on just who God is.
We need to approach our journey with God with the same wonder and delight as a child does when they take a walk. Every day the same things are new to them once again. Lamentations 3 says, “Great is your faithfulness. Your mercies are new every morning!' Every morning we can count on God to meet us where we are. Your walk with God is a process. You can't go from A to Z and know all there is to know about God. You would miss out on so much. You don't meet a person and instantly become the best of friends. The same is true with God. You need to take the time to get to know God by spending time with him every day. Read from his word everyday and discover all you can about who he is. Be open with God by having fellowship with him daily. Fellowshipping with God can mean many things, from crying out to him and praying with him or just simply asking his presence to be with you through out the day. Take him with you wherever you go. Imagine yourself walking with God, only you are the four year old child. Can you hear God saying to you, “Look around you, what do you see? Everything you see I created. All the sounds in the air, I created. I created this for you and for your pleasure.
Do you take time to bask in his splendor of his creation? Can you hear his voice speaking to you? God says to us, “Come, the best journey you can have in this world is the one that you walk with me.” Take time to get to know the God of truth and light.

That said, I think you could have broken your three paragraphs into four or maybe five. The sentence "I think this should be a gentle reminder to us all." seems to be a good topic sentence for a second paragraph. The sentence which precedes it about the lessons taught about God seems to be a good concluding sentence for a first paragraph and flows naturally into the next sentence. Setting the thoughts about our busyness and 'fast-food' mentality into a new paragraph also emphasizes the thought you want the reader to ponder.
