You know that it’s true
I’ve been there with you
All the way through
From childhood to now
I’ve been by your side
I’ve seen what you’ve done
I know what you’ve tried
Surrender to Me…
Your whole heart and soul
Make Me Lord of your life
Give Me total control
If you do not…
You’ll seal your fate
You need not enter Hell
For I’ve made an escape
I’ve given My Son
As a pure sacrifice
To redeem everyone
It was such a high price
Confess all your sins
Turn away from them now
Let My Spirit come in
He will show you how
Surrender your past
That has kept you bound
Give it up for Me and…
And My grace will abound
Don’t be judgmental
Don’t be concerned
Just glean from the things
That you have learned
I’ll speak to you clearly
I’ll speak to you strong
I’ll lead you and guide you
So you won’t go wrong
To overcome sin
You must learn from the cross
The cleansing comes in
As I remove all the dross
You can know this
You can be sure
I’ve got an incredible
Plan at the door
Don’t try to reason
And figure it out
Because in the end
You will say with a shout
Isn’t He awesome!
Isn’t He great!
Never too early!
Never too late!
Surrender to Me
What comes your way
Watch with delight
What I do today
Obedience is the ticket
Obedience is the key
Obedience is what sets
Everything free
You’ve been given the words
The keys to My heart
Turn them ever so gently
Watch everything start
I’ve given you Wisdom
I’ve given you Keys
Only depend solely on Me
Knowledge may falter
If not applied right
Pray I remove the scales
From your sight
Don’t step out of My timing
And Don’t run ahead
My Spirit will lead you
It’s what My Word says
This is the safety
This is the net
Those who step out
Are bound to get wet
I’ve caused a protection
I’ve made up a hedge
The enemy can’t penetrate
He’s really on edge
Try as he may...
He’s not getting in
You put your trust in Me
And called me your Friend
I’ve made an escape
Yes, I’ve made the way
Grab hold of My lifeline
And in safety you’ll stay
