Wanting to Fly.

Looking out the window early one morning, watching a little
sparrow that was busy looking around for food. He was quite the
busy little fellow, seemed he never stopped moving around.
Then singing, up he went high in the tree where he took his meal
to share with his young.
I thinking about this and I realized God created those wings so
it could fly, so it could rise up from the earth.
I also noticed that while he was on the ground it chirped, but when
it was up in the tree it sang loud and beautiful.
Are we singing or just chirping.
This little bird had to use what God blessed him with. He had to use
his wings to lift above the earth, they would not be any use unless
he put them in motion.
We have all were given blessings. God created and gave each one of us at our New
Birth. We have the ability to fly or escape above our situations.
Do we use the faith that we are blessed with or do we remain grounded on earth
with defeat , worry, stress, etc.
Do we desire to go higher than our situations, and escape the bondages of life.
Then share our gifts our talents and joy and God's love with others?
His Word supplies our needs and our food for our soul, we are were not created
to remain in the comfort zone to get fat or use our blessings for selfish gain.
We were meant to share His Glory, Peace , Mercy and Grace, His love.
Do you long to fly higher? To spread your wings and fly? To escape?
Has the worlds problems robbed you of that desire because fear of rejection?
Has the world drawn you into a comfort zone? Or robbed you of joy?
Use your wings of faith and your song will be heard.
May we all desire to fly higher may we never give up the desire to share
the wisdom and love that our Lord gave when He walked on this earth.
May we escape the worlds way of thinking into the mind of Christ, May we sing
His glory with those that need fed.
