As they do in every other person's life
I see things changing day by day
Hope is alive, decreasing is strife
Nature is curiously vivid in my life, today
Surprising, as the canvas of my life is found often gray
What my flesh tends to do in time of pain is question My Creator
Then the sudden stillness of His voice invades my every thought
The serenity of the trees and glistening glow of the sun capture me suddenly
It's as if through the beauty of His creation a great lesson He has taught
I choose to question Him, and in return, I get no response
Yet in this season I find more than what my heart is seeking
I find a sudden peace and comfort
I find an overwhelming need to live for something bigger than myself
Could this have come to me by the mere simplicity of another day of spring?
So suddenly and yet so real
There is no more questioning, no more doubts
His powerful words pierce through the canvas I see across my bedroom window
"Enjoy the flowers I have made for you", He says
"Enjoy the refreshing sound of the water as it rushes down the river,
Enjoy all that i have made for you, and do not worry about tomorrow..."
His voice seems to fade away slowly and then I hear it once again
"Enjoy my presence above all", He says
"No matter the time, no matter the season"
