“Grandma’, Andrew began “I feel as though God has placed a call upon my life to preach the Gospel and I’ve accepted.”
“Oh Andy that’s great” replied Grandma. “I’ve been praying for you, since before you were born that God would use you in a might way.”
“Thank you, Grandma. I guess God is starting to answer your prayer.” said Andrew.
“Just one thing Andy, when you preach, lift up Jesus and love people unconditionally. Don’t preach against other’s denominations, faith traditions, or political beliefs. Love people with the love of Jesus. Preach about Jesus, lift Him up and all men will be drawn unto Him. That’s God’s promise in John 12:32 (KJV)”, was Grandma’s advice.
“Well okay, Grandma” was his reply.
At that time he really wasn’t sure about what she had said, but through the past years in his ministry he had come to appreciate the wisdom in her advice. Although there were times he was tempted to preach against various preachers and practices he didn’t agree with. Instead he just preached about Jesus and lifted Him up.
As a result his ministry grew and people were drawn to Jesus. Anyone who came through the doors of his church felt loved and accepted. It didn’t matter how they looked or dressed, how many tattoos or body piercing they had. All were loved with the love of Jesus.
“Well Grandma” said Pastor Andrew as he hit the print key on his computer, “that was the best advice I ever received.”

Beware of comma usage, especially with quotes. You need a comma right before the quote, and the comma after the quote should be within the quotation marks.
I liked the message of the story. Great job.
You have a few typos and some grammar errors, but nothing major that can't easily be fixed. I myself make tons of these errors in my entries. :)
Thank you for sharing this nice story. I enjoyed it.
Well done, good entry.
