Topic: New Year (05/09/05)
My husband and I went to service. Which is call watch night service, back in the old days; you would go to service the night before “New Year Day” And thank the Lord for the old year going out, and the new coming in. Society goes out and spends millions of dollars just to have a blast. We have a blast praising & worshiping the Lord, also our skits, praise reports of what happen through the year...and special entertainment, my husband and I when a “New Year” begins we set our goals, from start to finish. We always speak the positive about life. We see the negative that
Happens with us in life, and we hope to learn from our bad habits. Down the road before we get to old.

Now the celebration of “New Year” is the oldest of all holidays.
After all, it is the season of rebirth, of planting new crops.
This here is a great definition about the “New Year”
Our society says it’s just another day, to them. But we know why it’s another day to them, they don’t know the Lord.
