cavalier's pain
the shattering of mettlesome brook running through timor appalachia somalia haiti
children's eyes bent febrile kayak mordant-rapids gluttonous spray in effigy
we salve against the poverty in our wet-suit attitudes within martini lunch
can't someone wipe damnable flies from moral's travesty face
let us rewind as pellucid as carribean stream the journey we took mined many fields
crossed mentality's red sea blackened cloak nipping scurry's heel
rewind the messsage wasn't about us it was about our preparation to be a light to others
what we went through wasn't about us gave us the message the story the strength the experience
we reach out to bus bench revelers cardboard sleepers walking the shadows of humanity searching garbage-cans hope
more than salve better to give made leaders so we can serve given plenty se we can share
our purpose more than salve
can someone least wipe flies from meeks face such is travesty
