Topic: Winter (11/14/05)
I love smiling at the ice in all of it crystals; each one different from the other. I enjoy the slipping and slidding that I do across the winter wonderland of ice.
So many time we become cold and bitter with the temperature yet we forget that God has a heart that can melt any icy situation that come up in our lives. We find it so difficult defrost our lips to say a warm hello. For thoughs of us that has a Father that never change; let us try to be warm even in the coldest part of winter.
Smile at the ice and don't let it get you down; for soon it will be spring. Take the time in the winter to checkout the miracle that ice really is.
Smile at the ice for the cold keeps germs; if you ever been in surgery, that the coldest room in the hospital. Ice melts and becomes water so your well would not be dry.
The next time you see ice don't look at it as if it bad. Remember there is a time and a season for everthing. Winter is a wonderful time to give thanks to God for ice. So stop your complaining and remember it has a purpose whether you understand it or not. Smile and be blessed for this time to shall pass.

Some have fun doing it with their cars. The last time I remember slipping on ice; I didn’t enjoy it a bit. I fell on my bottom; well that’s enough of that. Enjoyed the Write. God Bless, Helen
