Please save me from the world and from everything within
I cannot go on; I need to feel Your presence in my soul
To learn about the Redeemer is my one and only goal
I am tired of living this way and having nothing in my heart
I want to walk with Jesus and of something be a part
I did not have a father and it’s hard for me to understand
When I hear that word, I just simply see another man
I welcome you to be the Living Water that I need to carry on
I welcome you as my Father because the one I had is gone
My tattoos and my scars tell about my unrighteous past
I walked many days without faith; let this be my last
Obedience and trust are the offerings that I lay at Your feet
This will be a starting point that will not end until we meet
I accept you as my Savior and know that Jesus was the One
I want you to my Father because I want to be your Son
