According to I Chronicles 28: 9a, NAS: As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a whole heart and a willing mind; for the LORD searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts. When we’re out to eat with our un-churched friends, are we willing to be the only one pausing to give thanks? Even as the Lord searched Solomon’s heart, He searches ours.
David’s plea to God is recorded in Psalm 139: 23, 24 NAS. Search me, oh God and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts; And see if there be any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way. God searches our hearts as He orchestrates trials which are meant to refine us so that He can use us. Are we willing to endure (with a good attitude) the trial or hardship, and trust God although we have unanswered questions?
Jeremiah records in Jeremiah 17:10, NAS: “I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give to each man according to his ways, According to the results of his deeds. What are our motives for doing good things? Are we doing good to be seen by men or are we doing good works out of love and obedience to our Lord?
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. (Isaiah 40:28, NAS) It’s comforting to know the Lord understands our past, personality, circumstances, spiritual walk and destination. He loves and accepts us in the midst of life. He does all this without becoming weary or tired! Imagine the great wisdom He has at his fingertips!
Romans 11:33, NAS enlightens us: Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways! God is the ultimate, search engine!

I love the imaginative sense of it all. I pray the judges will have the ability to see beyond the rote definition of search engine.

Topic: 2.5 other than the title you didn't really nail the topic. It was clear on the message boards that they were lookingfor a computer search. I did give you points because I figure you used google to find verses with the word search in them.
Creativity: 2.5 I liked how you found verses with a form of search in them. Most people who didn't use the computer search engine had the same type of message.
Craft: 2.5 Make sure you but the verses in italics. Sometimes it's hard to tell where the verse ends and your thoughts pick up. I wish along with quoting scripture you had included a personal illustration of how you used these verses in your life.
Comphresion: 3.5 Your message is clear and one many need to be reminded of.
Start: 2.9 Unfortunately, many people will skip over a story if your start with a Bible verse. Try grabbing your reader with an interesting first line or use a more standard devotion format such as putting the verses in italics and adding a prayer.
End: 3.0 you did a nice job summing up your points.
Flow: 3.0 You did a great job connecting the verses together.
Publishable: 2.5 I think if you added more of your thoughts it would reach a broader audience. More than half of your article is quoting the Bible. Show the reader what these verses mean to you.
You have a lot of passion about sharing God's word with others. This really shines through. Keep writing and step outside your comfort zone more andI know you will continue to touch many hearts.
