“What shall I do, Lord? I want to please you, obey you, I want Your specific will for my life, but I am burdened with so many choices?”
“I know that Your general will for my life I laid out in Your word… the Holy Bible, but life throws lot of curveballs; how will I know that the voice I hear and obey is Yours?”
“I need to make choices not only for myself, but also for my children, my wife, and even for others outside my family.”
“Sometimes my decisions affect the lives of others and their families as well. I don’t want to make a mistake. Show me the way; please give me an answer I can be sure of, Lord.”
Has this ever been your prayer? Are you afraid to move, or take that step of faith that is needed? Confused when it comes to the path to take when you come to the crossroads in your life?
I’ve been given the key that unlocks the mystery to God’s will, and silences the voice of the enemy at the same time. Are you ready to face the world with a new advantage in your Christian walk that will affect the rest of your life? Here it is.
Just send $39.95 and a self-addressed stamped… just kidding!
A friend of mine gave me this key and I freely give it to you. Please share this with others, because it comes directly from God’s word.
First, think of a situation you may be facing. Then get a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle from top to bottom. Over column one write the word, “Demonic.” Over the second column write the word, “Heaven.” The rest will be “yes” or “no” answers.
Go to the book of James 3:13-17 and pray for wisdom. What you are about to experience will bless you time, and time again.
Let’s ask ourselves this question for illustration purposes. “God, I need to know if we should move or stay where we are at?”
I will quote from the NKJV in regard to “Heavenly Versus Demonic Wisdom”
Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.
But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth.
This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.
For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
O.k. Now, in the first column, the one with the heading, “Demonic,” write down your heartfelt “yes” or “no” answer to these two questions.
Do I have “envy” or “self-seeking” in my heart about the move?
In the second column with the heading, “Heavenly,” ask yourself these questions.
Are my motives pure?
Are they peaceable?
Are they gentile?
Am I willing to yield? (Am I willing to stay, or go as God directs me?)
Is my decision taking into regard mercy? (The feeling that motivates compassion.)
Will it bear good fruits? (for others, as well as myself.)
Are my intentions without partiality and without hypocrisy?
Am I a peacemaker by my decision?
After you have your, “Yes or “No” answers, you can spearhead your prayers to reflect the areas most needing specific attention. You will be amazed, if you are willing to find out the motives of your heart, how this will direct your path.
It has been an invaluable tool in my Christian walk, and I know it will help all who trust in God’s “heavenly wisdom” over the battle of self-will.
Oh yeah, keep your money. You really can’t afford this advice at any price.
Blessing!
