Music to me is God’s way of sharing emotions.
It is difficult to put our emotions into language, because words seemingly fall short of the goal. Music is the simplest way I know to let someone understand that you are conveying love, or anger, sadness, trivial, ecstasy… just about any feeling you want, and you don’t need words to express it!
A simple chord emits waves to our ears that covey joy by a major triad, (the blending of three notes.) It can be an instantaneous trinity of harmony or discord that will be obvious to our senses.
The same thing is experienced when two or more are gathered in Jesus’ Name. We are transformed into Harmony or discord as the heart of Christian conversation is reveled. You and I in other words can pray with Jesus as the “Root Note,” and we establish, on earth as it is in heaven, whether we bind spiritual forces or loose the work of God.
When we do pray it is like adding words to our songs of praise.
When we add rhyme to our words of praise we can literally speak volumes by using just a few words.
Music can be a bridge that connects one heart to another, or one heart’s message to virtually millions of others.
The interesting thing about music is that it is God created.
Satan would love to rip it off (and sometimes does) from the saints. Always remember that God is concerned with the heart of a matter, so there are no evil notes. Words however can be supported with angry sounding melodies that suggest evil intent.
Music is wonderful!
What else has the ability to make the heart soar, or make the heart sore? The heart can laugh or cry within a stanza. Memories are turned loose without notice, and sonnets of praise lasso love, using “chords” that cannot be broken.
Music is one of the most powerful tools known to man. With it he can conquer mountains as well as give hope in the valley of the shadow of death.
Music can sooth the savage beast, or unleash the monsters held prisoner within our soul.
Music can help mend a broken heart, or break it into a thousand pieces.
I could speak on this subject for hours, but I would like to end with this acrostic.

My Understanding Salvation In Christ!
In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:9 NKJV
“Amazing Grace,” no other song so sweet.
