I want to be in that moment
When the loaves and fish are multiplied,
To eat the Loaf that can nourish me
Not only here but for the travel upwards.

I want to be in that moment
When the Lord passes on the road to Jericho.
To call out to him as he walks by
To have him heal my sight
To see the world through his eyes.

I want to be in that moment
When the water is changed into wine.
To sip of the sweetest nectar
A new wine the foretaste of his kingdom.

I want to be in that moment
When the crowds press by on all sides.
To touch the hem of the Master's garment
To cure all that blocks me from the inside.

I want to be in that moment
When the sea is in a fury,
When the storm roars and waves climb.
To be seated with the Lord in the boat
Watch as he brings the noise to a standstill.

I want to be in that moment
On the beautiful mount.
Where the Sermon is preached
Beatitudes for a graceful lifestyle.

I want to be in that moment
In the Holy City of David.
Watching with the shepherds in the night
Behold the Angels harking to the earth.

I want to be in that moment
When the first Christmas took place on earth.
To hasten to the Manager and see for myself
The First coming of the Lord
The King, the Saviour, the Christ Child on the hay.

I want to be in that moment
In the Second coming of Jesus.
When he comes to rule and judge
To hear him call out by name
To take me the himself to live forever.
