                         Jesus ‘In Me’ Is My Courage

 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him. Ephesians 3:12 ESV

We desire to share what it means to walk and live with ‘new birth,’ being ‘in Jesus’, how it brings greater boldness. But one must truly understand. Many might respond like Nicodemus, when Jesus said to him… “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”  That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. John 3:3,6

The Apostle Paul basically said the same thing to the Romans in chapter 8. ^‘For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.’ Romans 8:5 Paul did give the Romans the comparison of fleshly reasoning as opposed to the ‘Voice of The Spirit.’ Recognizing a Spirit led person becomes very evident once we have ‘The Spirit’ living in us.  

Our faith ‘in Him’ becomes recognizable to comprehend or identify when the Spirit speaks in our heart. The difference it makes Jesus 'in me' as increasing sufficiency.  My thoughts are not necessarily God’s purpose. I discovered by asking and waiting for his Spirit to speak, I was clearly getting a better result. Whether something I’m writing, something I want to do, or even something I want share with another.  

Courage really is the product of God’s blessing to build confidence. Finding God’s sufficiency is far greater and wiser than being in a hurry to get something done. No matter what the situation.  ‘Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.’ Proverbs 15:22 My best Counselor’s are purposing to listen to the ‘voice of God’s Spirit and God’s Word, for my guidance!

Father, like Nicodemus, we must understand Jesus ‘in me.’  This brings courage.
