Hebrews 6:10 (Kjv) 1 Corinthians 15:58 (Kjv) A retired Sunday School teacher, in a nursing home, sitting in her room, alone, but not alone. Many prayers up to Heaven she would send, and her loving God heard every one, precious words, prayers in the wind. A few hours ago, she passed away, another word on earth, ne'er again to pray, For, now in Heaven with Jesus, in close communion they stay. And very suddenly, she sees a multitude coming to applaud, and thank her, and cheer, for teaching each one from God's word, being a friend, and for every prayer sent, prayers in the wind. Because in Heaven, she now knows, without a hint of uncertainty, that no Christian's actions, will ever be done in vain, and one great day, we too will awaken to this reality, in that city with no more sorrow, nor trouble no pain. So until then, continue asking of great things from God who can do everything, beyond what we can imagine, and prayers to Heaven's address, continue to send, Because one day we will realize, many of them have been answered, some for others, precious prayers, prayers in the wind.
