Love is more powerful than death
For love and love it is only,
That can overthrow the grave
That can cast away the rolled stone
And let new life flow once more.
Love is more stronger than death
Love can come down from the sky
Shake and defeat the chains of death,
Replace it with an immortal life
And ascend back to the heavens again.
Love is more potent than death
Death cannot even stand in the face of Love
For the Resurrection has prevailed over it.
The Risen body to take over the earthly one
The sleep of death no match against Love.
Love is more sacrificing than death
The price that Love can pay for life
Life itself given to save all life.
True Love ready to take on the cross
Can death even have any chance?
Love is way far above death
Love can break through barriers
To give the dignity of life,
A new and glorious meaning
When we too will shine with the glory of God.
The God of love, the God that rose to set us free.
The God that calls to us as he did Mary Magdalene.
For love and love it is only,
