                  More Than Just The Bible

How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word. With my whole heart I seek you;
let me not wander from your commandments! I have stored
up your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.
Psalm 119:9-11 ESV

Over the years, having God’s word in my heart was finding God’s sufficiency. When the Psalmist penned these words I felt he was seeking me out. To recognize my reasoning does not come close to all God’s promises. Along with God’s warnings and admonitions to keep me from stumbling. Or become a stumbling block to those I love.

Dedicating one’s life to live for God’s honor, learning to become a ‘New Creature’ in Christ Jesus, means beginning life over. Living according to His design, not ours. God allows or even designs trials in our life to fit His purpose and sufficiency. To walk with us through any particular situation.

WE don’t get to create God in our image! That’s idolatry, not faith! We dare not judge ourselves by each other, rather, through the divine inspiration coming to us. Also recognize, each one of His followers receive at least one of God’s ‘Spiritual Gift’ assigned from above. cf: 1 Corinthians 12:4-11
God created us on purpose for HIS purpose;

For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them. Psalm 139:13,16

When God created us… He didn’t make any mistakes! AMEN
