Olukunle Abiodun was born 38 years ago at Odo-Eri,a sleeping
settlement in Yagba West Local Goverment Area of Kogi state ,North
Central Nigeria,to a family of 11 and into a moderate Christian
home.,He started his Elementary School at the age of 8 ,and before
then,he has been involved in petty stealing,stealing most of his
neighbours money and his mother too,by the time he enters Elementary
school,his pencahnt for stealing knew no bounds ,apart from stealing
,he became a truant,bullying his juniors ,fighgting ,gambling and a
burglar,he was sanctioned and punished several times by the
Headteacher of his School,all these while (despite his father being a
Church elder) church activities were alien to Olukunle.
After much years in the Elementary school,he was later enrolled in
the Community Grammar School for his Secondary education,there
Olukunle graduated to hemp smoking,drinking of alcohol and keeping of
bad friends,he was nickamed "HITLER" because of his bruttish and hard
stance posture,having spend four years in the Grammar School,Olukunle
graduated to become a full fledge Armed robber,A rapist,Hired
Killer,Lwaless and a Baron of
short,Olukunle"HITLER",robbed,killed,maimed and raped his victims,both
the rich and the poor,Soon,Olukunle become 'lord',he was bestriding
the area of his operation like a colossus,wherever Olukunle
"HITLER"for operation,he leaves behind a trails of sorrows,tears,and
death in his tails.
But one operation changed Olukunle"HITLER" from the bruttish nature
to the meek one,from an armed robber with gun to a man armed with
Bible,from reciting fetish incantations to exhortations of the
Lord,From gun as an armor to Bible as an armor,Olukunle "HITLER" as
usual went fro an armed robbery operation,the operation having been
well mapped out,on entering the their would be victim's house ,they
met the family praying,In a rage of fury,Olukunle"HITLER" shot into
the air to inform them that somebody on a mission is within
reach,rather than caving in,the family kept praying,and this statement
struck Olukunle"HITLER"'AND IN THE NAME OF JESUS ,EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW
!.
'Who was delivered for our offences,and was raised again for our
justification (ROMANS 4 V 25) ,I am crucified with
Christ,nevertheless,I live ,yet,not I,but Christ in me and the life
which I now live in flesh,I live by faith of the Son of God,who loved
me and gave himself for me (GALATIANS 2 V 20),And for God so loved the
world that He gave His only begotten Son,that whosoever believeneth in
Him,will not perish ,but have eternal life ! (JOHN 3 V 16).
On hearing this words Olukunle "HITLER"'s knees and hand (with gun)
began to wobble and he cave in on his kness and began to weep,he asked
the head of the prayer group to pray for him,for he has sinned against
God and Humanity,shedding innocent souls and bloods,with his gun on
the floor,he strethed out his hand forward,the leader of the prayer
group said"That if thou shall confess with thou mouth the LORD
JESUS,and believe in thine heart,that GOD raised HIM from the
dead,then thou shall be saved (ROMANS 11 V 9 ),"When God raised up HIS
servant,HE sent HIM first to you to bless you ,by turning each of you
from your wicked ways" (ACTS 3 V 26) .
Olukunle"HITLER" confesses,renouncing his profession,and immediately
requested for a copy of the Holy Bible and a Church where he will be
able to solidify his new found faith,From his daily incantations of
fetish injuctions to daily exhortations to the Lord,And the peace of
God ,which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and
your minds in Christ Jesus (PHILIPIANS 3 V 7),Being justified by
faith,we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (ROMANS 5 V
1 ).
And Olukunle Abiodun enjoys peace with God,himself and the society
he has so much terrorized.Olukunle becomes a torch bearer of Jesus
Christ ,telling people his life experiences,his dramatic encounter
with GOD.
