The day you were created heaven sang
A blank canvas to the world
One prepared by the hands of God
A letter from Him to earth
A page read by those who may never open a book
A message to people everywhere
His love letter to all
Written by the finger of God
Your life a representation of Christ
Filled with the Holy Spirit
Speaking volumes of God's faithfulness and love
A well of joy to all who watch you
Sunshine for a cloudy domain
An expression of hope for the future
Modeling His protection
And provision in the present
God's hand written on your life
No wonder heaven rang with praise
Another manuscript was born
To reach a lost world
A creation of God
The writing of God
His Holy Spirit conforming you to His image
A work in progress
His face turned toward you
With fresh mercies every morn
Engraved on the palm of His hand
A reminder of His love for His creation
Yes, the day you were born heaven sang
And no wonder
You are His representative
His manuscript written with His blood.
“You show and make obvious that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, not written with ink but with (the) Spirit of (the) living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.” 2 Corinthians 3:3 (Amplified Bible)

I thought the new metaphor in your 4th stanza might have been slightly out of place, as it didn't fit with the imagery in the rest of the poem.
Definitely a well-crafted poem!
I personally encourage poets to use punctuation - it makes a poem flow more smoothly and makes it easier to read.
Beautiful poem - keep up the good work!
