Miracles and wonders will happen today,
Great acts of God will come my way,
May they be large or may they be small,
Stretching wide or standing tall.

My faith is filled with expectation,
God's word inspires my dedication,
When worldly actions take their toll,
Hope and belief fill my soul.

Gone are the days of wretchedness,
Nights filled with longing loneliness,
Prayers are answered within His discretion,
Paths are followed by His direction.

Giving my power to God's great plan,
Living His Truth as best I can,
Knowing an outcome is designed for me,
Safe in His mighty arms I will be.

His voice I patiently wait upon,
Yielding my will to the Holy Son,
Letting go to something higher,
Allowing my soul my heart's desire.

His promises bring such lovely peace,
Abundances of love and faith increase,
Placing my sorrowful life in His hands,
Expecting the miracle on which He stands.

Eyes wide open waiting to see,
What God's will has in store for me,
Knowing my life is written in stone,
His wondrous plans are mine to own.

Anticipation fills my spirit now,
Wondering not if but when and how,
Certain the miracles will not cease,
Living in faith, love and peace.

"Eyes wide open waiting to see" is my favourite line. To often we walk around with eyes closed. A good poem that needs to be lived out daily.
