How many times does it
have to be done?
Why do I have to forgive
Christopher again, today?
I just forgave him yesterday.
Matthew 18:21-22—
“ Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord,
how oft shall my brother sin against me,
and I forgive him? till seven times?
Jesus saith unto him, I say not
unto thee, until seven times,
but until seventy times seven. (KJV)”
Over and over and over again.
Why am I always last?
Why can’t I be first?!
Matthew 20:16a—
“So the last shall be first,
and the first last…” (KJV)
Over and over and over again.
Why do we pray so often
and so many times a day?
I Thessalonians 5:18—
“In everything give thanks: for
this is the will of God in Christ
Jesus concerning you.” (KJV)
Over and over and over again.
A Memorial and an Ordinance to
Our Savior and Lord.
Luke 22:19—
“…This is my body which is given for you:
do this in remembrance of me.” (KJV)
Over and over and over again.
Until we each see our risen
Lord Jesus Christ face-to-face.
I Corinthians 13:12—
“For now we see through a glass, darkly;
but then face to face: now I know in part;
but then shall I know even as also
I am known.” (KJV)
So shall it be.
Amen.
