Of whom was typically in a panic.
Deserting his home and family,
For further ventures and adventures.
Hopes his tell-tale barometer would not hit rage,
As a man of stock - couldn't cramp into a cage.
Still chasing a dream of a hole in one,
Leaving nothing in life to be undone.
However his spouse and children - becoming strangers.
As silhouettes emerge as a lone ranger.
Home coming to an irate wife;
Questioned, "Who's to blame for this domestic strife?"

As his mistress discovers gold-digging on course.
His 'ex' currently keeps her house in splendour,
But new girlfriend culminates - big spender.
Now bankrupt - loses his job for distasteful reasons.
Has just hit ice - berg in season.
"Women, women he cries!
Another rye on the rocks will be my demise".
To dreamland crashed this ill fated ship,
Of the former hulk of Mr. Tie-Tan Nick.
May you take a tip from this icy dip?
Though in the temporal all may seem hip.
