everywhere is zest!
ubiquitous is zest
What is zest
It's a fine gift that comes from God
like brain and personality
Zest has distinct splendour like a diamond
that contains six facets
beaming at us
Zest is gusto!
; which is keen relish;
or hearty enjoyment
Zest is energy or liveliness,
which is animating spirit
displayed by people
Zest is piquancy;
interest or
charm that we radiate
Zest is anything added
to nourishment and drinks to impart savour
or enhance our appreciation
Zest is an agreeable
or piquant flavour imparted
to something that we relish
But, zest is also the peel,
the thin outer layer,
of a citrus fruit: a lemon zest
Zest, above all, that
derives from above
is pure and pleasant
Spiritually, we are the salt
that adds zest to life,
peace and joy on earth
May the fresh zest
for life in Christ
jazz up our small corner
