But isn't this the way of all creation? Do not the heavens declare His Glory, and the earth His Handiwork? Do not the hills break forth with singing? Surely they do these things because they resound with the tones of our Heavenly Father's Voice, continually crying out to all: "LIVE!"
With thunderous tympanic vibrations, the crashing waves speak forth His Power. With the intensity of cymbal crashes, the lightning demonstrates His Fierceness. With trumpeted blasts, elephants announce His Majesty. The mournful wail of the wolf pours out the pain of His Broken Heart when we forget Him, and gentle winds brushing through the branches of evergreens whisper, "Remember Me." What of the growl of the lion and tiger? Do they not burn with His Passion? And the stomp, stomp, stomp of hooves - do they not present His Strength? The twitters and warbles of birds and the songs of Capuchins all declare His Humor.
Ssh. Listen! Can you hear it? Allow the quiet purr of the baby feline to warm you with His Love. And after day is done and sun has retired for the night, drink in the quiet of snow, and be blessed with His Peace.
Woven through this tapestry of tone and harmonic are the energies of flies humming, bees buzzing, beetles droning, hummingbirds hovering, and frogs croaking. A never-ending theme of vibration, Vibration, VIBRATION!
All blend together as a festival of earthly instruments, joined in a symphony of praise to echo Our Heavenly Father's undeniable Truth: I AM that I AM, I always have been, and I ever shall be!
Thus, in my solitude, I mimic the attitude resident in all of creation: break forth into joy! For our Lord rejoices over us with singing! And I will join in His Song.
