The way I look at it is that doors are evil, it’s plain and simple. I have known this all my life ever since the incident involving my younger sister, a citroen and myself. In our haste to get the best seats in the car we both ran to it, I arrived first and opened the door, and she ran headlong into it. One trip to the local hospital later there was no lasting damage (none that’s too evident anyway!)
Unfortunately doors are a necessary evil, they allow you access to places like inside your home. Doors are good in that they allow you into nice places like churches, supermarkets and even the golf club.
I have recently heard though that they also have doors on sex shops, night clubs and in the shady areas of town. In fact certain ladies of the night are renowned for using doorways to shelter in when it rains. So doors are obviously evil.
Some people say that we should get rid of doors altogether, and find another way into our homes! Others say that in the old days they never used to bother with doors, in fact some would go as far as to say that you shouldn’t bother with houses either!
Of course doors have their uses. With the right implements, like keys or those keypad pass number things, they can allow the people in that you want, and keep out the things that you aren’t so keen on.
Actually I’m not so sure that doors are evil, perhaps it’s just the way they are used!
Of course I could talk about doors all night, what do you want to talk about?
The Internet? No, don’t get me started on that! You see, the way I look at it is the internet is evil plain and simple!
