Big Bullies have a creed that poses serious threat to the integrity of each person reading this article. It poses threat because it drives at the heart of what gives every breathing person the right to choose. The Big Bullies are the media-frenzied frauds with ironclad political correctness who have been force-feeding a poison that has provoked a generation of drunken slobs on the non-absolute. Viral thoughts, television programs, movies, newscasts infect our freedom to use our logic, to reason, to develop conviction, to act on what is right and noble. It is called sin and we must actively filter what we watch, what we say, and how we spend our time or subtly we will be browbeaten into a worldview not of our own. If we allow ourselves to, in fact, be bullied, then we forfeit a principle right, not of Americans, but of humanity. In His sovereignty, God has given us freedom to choose; let us cherish it as the priceless gift that it is.
Somewhere deep within, society’s morality clock ticks and each person hears it whether acknowledged or not. When you hear that tone, when the clock strikes, and it is Christ calling His church to stand, hear that blessed chime and know with confidence that it is time to stand fast. The notice is past due. Now more than ever is it vital to the life of the church, to the obedience of her call, to stand up and stand fast for what Christ would have represented.
Church, make absolutely certain that your lamps are ready and filled with oil. The bridegroom returns to snuff out all bullies.
