List of questions in hand,
I walked through the door
For my annual exam.
It’s surely not my favorite
Activity to do,
But God intervenes and
He sees me through
All the prods and pushes
And blood draw they do.
My health is stable
Though weight is new.
His response about my waistline,
“It’s trunk flesh on you!”
So I praised the Lord
For continued good health
He’s my “Great Physician”
And provider of health wealth.
