One foot out.
I'm never completely committed to anything.
Take a breath in.
Take a breath out.
I’m struggling with every breath I'm drawing.
My foot is on the gas.
My other's on the brake.
I've got whiplash from my own doing.
Where am I traveling?
Where have I been?
I'm leaving and don't know where I'm going.
This dance of life
And the chance of death.
Has caused me to follow the wrong lead.
In the world
And not of it
Can only be done by your help.
I can only have rest
By following your word
“Be still and know”
You are God!
