I am proud to be an American where I know God is watching over me I won't forget the blood Jesus shed so that I might be free I am proud to be an American where I know am free to worship and sing praise I won't forget the Sacrifice that was made for you and me I am proud to be an American where I'm free to read the Word without the fear of death I won't forget the Resurrection which made us all free I am proud to be an American where some are trying to remove Your Name and I surely won't forget to pray to make this evil go away I am proud to be an American where there is a President who believes in You I won't forget to pray for him and all the others who praise Your Name I am proud to be an American because I know America was built under God and I will never forget to uphold this Truth through prayer, even if I am persecuted
I am proud to be a child of God and I will worship Him forever and I will sing of His love forever and ever
