to let loose its grip upon the earth,
to tuck away the stars,
to finally give way,
to give way to a newborn day,
an awakening child in the infancy of all the possibilities,
with the first freshening of a stirring breeze emerging from the stillness,
with the first songs from the oak trees and the elms
as the nested warblers stretch their wings to life,
with the watercolor washes of dawning light,
the deep purples flowing into violet lovely,
then royal blues then robin’s blue all with golden azure mixed through and through,
my breath takes in the cool, cool morning air, air that tastes like mountain water,
untainted, unspoiled,
a virgin day
to kiss my old and worn bones and soul.
to birth in me a rising hope,
to sail me to creation’s dawn,
to start anew,
to begin again,
to live once more,
all days past and their dusty guilt,
washed through and through by cleansing grace,
i love this place,
this morning place,
where all expectations, both human and divine,
arrive to come once more alive,
here in the dawning of eternal time,
where nested warblers stretch their wings,
as do angels,
and we all together new songs, we sing.

I would suggest maybe stanza breaks though, to allow the reader to linger more on each wonderful image and thought before moving on.
