Lord Jesus
The Co-Creator
of the universe
with the Father
and the Spirit

You’re the promised Messiah
who came to save
us from sins and damnation
showing us Your richest grace
and mercy

You not only bring
healings to the sick
but also deliverance
to the demon-possessed
You’re the deliverer and the healer

You’re the Prince of Peace
Your peace is so priceless
in the midst of city noises and disquiet
—a cacophony
of hoots, haggles and hassles

You whom angels
serve and worship
should leave the heavenly throne
to live as a humble servant
and died a cruel death

How can that be?
The Good Shepherd
who laid down His Life
for the lost sheep
gathering them back to His fold

Lest we forget the Christmas gift
You’re God incarnate
Who dies as a perfect
sacrificial lamb
truly a Saviour to the world

Your immeasurable love
You have forgiven us
as far as the east
is from the west
Who can fathom this

You’re our only hope
for a better world
when You come again
to usher every thing new
Heaven and Earth
