Breakdown, erase

Protect, warm
Sustain, attract
Fire! Fire! Fire!
Kill, ruin
Hurt, consume
Fire! Fire! Fire!
The power of light and life
The source of pain and death
Who can tame the tongue
A fearsome firestorm
We cannot control our tongues
Unless we yield to Your love
Consuming fire purge and clean
Refine, refresh, renew our minds
Holy Fire we have no fear
You are free to burn and kill
Every defect, all the dross
We offer up a sacrifice
On the alter we lay down
All our dreams and all our plans
Set us a fire with Your word
Create in us a heart that’s pure
Holy Spirit, tongues of fire
Your holy presence our desire
Freedom to love is our goal
Speaking blessings to the world
The power of light and life
The source of blessing and love
Holy Spirit use our tongues
To spread your Love to everyone
