Coincidence they're not.
You might say "Eerie," but don't fear.
I see the hand of God.
A car sped by on sidewalk I
By moments ceased to trod.
You may have chills, but my soul thrills!
I see the hand of God.
I pray to raise piano's praise
And worship, and am awed
When some gift one, my prayer unknown.
I see the hand of God.
Some money found upon the ground,
Not single nor a wad,
But five and ten, my need, again
I see the hand of God.
A knee is sprained, spared flooding rain,
The property not bought.
You say "Just chance," but I will dance!
I see the hand of God.
I often find that groups assigned
At random, drawn by lot,
God supersedes to meet each need.
I see the hand of God.
And once again I hold the pen
A tale or poem wrought
Yet His design flows through each line.
I see the hand of God.
